The service

The tools compress or measure files in your browser. They are free. There is no account and no payment. You may use them for your own forms and documents. You may not use them to break into a system, to bypass a limit you are not allowed to bypass, or to process a file you do not have the right to change.

No guarantee that a form will accept the file

The tools aim for a byte ceiling you type. A portal can still reject the result because of pixel size, format, file name, a minimum size, a password, or a rule this site does not know. The pages explain the usual checks. They do not promise acceptance. Check the result card’s byte count before you upload.

Your files

You are responsible for the photos, signatures, and PDFs you open here. Do not process someone else’s identity document unless you are allowed to. The site does not review your files, because they are not uploaded. Strong PDF mode turns text into pictures. Read that warning on the PDF page before you rely on selectable text.

As-is

The site is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent the law allows, mb-to-kb.com is not liable for lost data, a rejected application, or a result that does not match what you hoped. Some places do not allow a limit of liability. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law permits. Mandatory consumer protections still apply.

Advertising

The site may show third-party ads in some builds and none in others. Ads are labeled. They are not part of the tool. A click on an ad leaves this site under that advertiser’s terms. The current privacy policy states whether advertising scripts are loaded.

Changes

These terms can be updated by editing this page. The effective date will change. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the new terms. Questions can go to the contact address.
