Contact
Email hello@mb-to-kb.com. That address is forwarded to the person who runs mb-to-kb.com. There is no web form, because this is a static site and a form would need a server.
What to include
- Which page you used: photo, PDF, signature, or the unit converter.
- The target KB, the pixel size or centimetre size, and the exact message on the page.
- The rough original size, such as “about 3 MB” or “10 pages”. Do not attach the file. The site cannot accept uploads, and you should not email identity documents unless you mean to.
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
What to expect
Mail is read by a person. There is no ticket number and no live chat. A privacy request, such as a question about analytics, can use the same address. The privacy policy lists what the site can and cannot see. It cannot delete a file from your device, because it never received one.
If a form rejected a download, check the byte count on the result card against the form’s own limit, then the format and the pixel size. The tools explain those checks. Email if the byte count on the card does not match the file your device saved.
